you have to manually select the color of the sidebar titles from the theme settings.
this was a bug in the previous version of the theme (the default settings were not applied).

I have installed a plug in for xmas which lets snowflakes fall at a given rate. As the background color ist too light the snowflakes can obly be seen within the header. I can switch colors in the admin menu at ARCLIGHT SETTINGS but only to grey or grunge ( light brown ). How can I change the background to a darker color. ….black maybe. Would appreciate any help before xmas

I’ve been trying to get some help with a weird problem im having on the css.

I’m experiencing some padding or space between images on my pages, but only on Firefox. Under IE8 it has no such issue. The main homepage is a perfect example

finally you posted in the right place

the reason why the home button dissapears is because you are removing the default homepage and put a static page instead. So your new home button is the static page button (the name of the page).

Simple question I think?
I love this theme as well. Thank you.

But my text all appears in one wide column, and everything else appears below the blog. How can I get the 2 or 3 columns across that others have?
I have played with the widgets, but they revert to the bottom of the blog, or some don’t even appear at all.

I’ve updated Arclite to the latest version, and now my custom CSS doesn’t work anymore.
I try to remove the page-title of the homepage with the following code:

#post-2 Home { display:none; }

But the page-title doesn’t disappear..
Can anyone help me?

Hello,
Need help on my sidedar
I’ve a problem with theses classes : box & titlewrap
The titlewrap div seems to have to be directly inside the box div.
But the generated code puts titlewrap deeper, inside the-content div and the display is broken : big white margins around the title background :S
I’ve cheched the php :

….

It’s OK.
What can I do ?

I confirm the problem. It does not happen with default sidebar, but with widgets customization.
It is due to incorrect before_widget / before_title parameters.

The modification of the arclite/functions.php with the code below worked for me :

Hi,

It looks like since I updated WP my sidebar has migrated to the bottom of the page. I’m using firefox 3.5.6 as a browser. Any thoughts?

I actived threaded comments but Reply button doesn’t appears. Do I need some plugins? I had Wordpress 2.9 with arclite 2.0.3.

I just though maybe could it be lightbox option unchecked? It’s greyed and I don’t know why, maybe NextGEN Gallery make it greyed.

  you must be using the official wordpress.org version of theme, which had a bug in the that prevented the default settings to be installed on the theme 1st use. So you need to set them manually, ie. enable jQuery, select colors etc.

First of all, congratulations. I really love this theme.

Now, I’ve one trouble (maybe, because I’m newbe with wordpress) I want to use the main navigation bar, with pages and categories, and I’m not sure the way.

Also, I want to reorganize the items on that bar.
